David grew up reading, writing, and building worlds in Peru, South America. As long as he can remember, he has been using his overactive imagination to craft stories, characters, and fantastical settings mostly just for fun. His passion for story-telling and fantasy world-building has only grown with time.

Though he has yet to have a novel published, David continues to write and perfect what he has written. He pursues writing not for commercial success, but for the pleasure of seeing a story told well. Some of the authors who have inspired him include J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Brandon Sanderson, Terry Brooks, and Patrick Rothfuss.

While writing is high on his list, David's first priority is his growing family. He spends the majority of his time as a stay-at-home father to his two-year old son. He hopes to create stories and shape worlds his children will love to explore as they grow.
